Eligibility Requirements
- Live in Travis County
- Have no type of healthcare coverage including Insurance, MAP, Clinic Cards, Medicaid/CHIP, Medicare, etc.
- Present a Photo I.D. other than a passport
- Meet Clinic income guidelines
Services Offered
- Basic medical care for children and adults
- Follow-up services including some lab, x-ray & specialist appointments for Clinic patients
- Chronic Disease Management Services
- Medication assistance for Clinic patients
- Prevention Education and Nutrition Counseling
- Social Service Information and Referrals
- Emergency Care
- Pregnant Women/Pregnancy Testing
- Routine Physicals
- Sexually Transmitted Diseases Testing
- Dental Care
- PAP Smears/Routine GYN Services
- Mental Health Services
- Immunizations
Due to limited space and health concerns, only patients to be seen
by the doctor are allowed in the waiting room. Child patients can be
accompanied by one parent only and we ask that you do not bring other
healthy children to the Clinic. Thank You.
Hours of Operation
Tuesday and Thursday Evening Walk-In Clinics
6:00 p.m. (Line forms at 5:30 p.m., tickets given randomly)
Monday Evening
6:00 p.m. (By appointment only and only for patients referred from our Walk-In Clinics)
Directions
By Car: From IH-35 travel west on 38½ street. After you pass Lamar, the first stoplight will be Medical Parkway. Turn right onto Medical Parkway. The Clinic is located on the corner of Medical Parkway and 43rd street. We ask that you please park on the street to leave room in our parking lot for the volunteers.
