Alternate Ways to Support the Clinic

  1. Donate an Item on our Wish List!

  2. Get Your Employer to Donate Money to VHC!
    1. Many companies have matching programs so if you make a direct donation to the Volunteer Healthcare Clinic, they will most likely match it dollar for dollar. In addition, many companies make a monetary donation for their employees’ volunteer hours so if you are currently a volunteer, please check with your HR Department to see how to request this.
    2. If you are giving money to the United Way through your employer, you can designate it to go to the Volunteer Healthcare Clinic. Ask your company’s United Way representative what the ‘code’ is to donate to our Clinic.
    3. If you work for the State or Federal Government, you can also have United Way donations directed to the Volunteer Healthcare Clinic. The numeric code is 222022.

  3. Search For VHC! (give up Google for GoodSearch)

    The Volunteer Healthcare Clinic has been registered at www.GoodSearch.com, which is a great internet search engine with a unique social mission. Good Search, which is powered by Yahoo!, will donate money to registered non-profits and charities every time you use their site to search on the internet

    Please check out the Goodsearch site and use this whenever you need to search the internet (enter in Volunteer Healthcare Clinic) and the money will just pile up! If you let your friends & relatives know about it, then there will be a mountain of money for the Clinic!!


  4. Shop for VHC!

    The Clinic has also been registered at www.GoodShop.com, which is a part of the GoodSearch site. GoodSearch will donate money to the Clinic every time you purchase something online at one of their partner merchants including Target, Gap, EBay, Macy’s, Best Buy, Barnes & Nobles and hundreds more. Again, just check out the GoodShop site, enter in Volunteer Healthcare Clinic and then watch the money pour in!


  5. Grocery Shop for VHC!

    Assuming this is still in effect, you can ask for a Randall’s card with VHC’s ‘1311’ number on it and we will both benefit. You will receive discounts on groceries and the Clinic will receive a donation every time you shop.
